PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION

Processing related to the services on this web site are at the seat of Dal Santo Ltd., except as provided in specific sections to which we refer, and are handled by the company's staff or by the people appointed by it, or by any responsible for occasional maintenance techniques.

The data is based on their storage in electronic archives, whose access to data is limited to activities necessary to complete the requested service and maintenance procedures in accordance with the provisions in paragraph b. purpose (section below)

Personal data provided by users who send requests (information, other materials, etc..), are used only to perform the service or provision requested and will be communicated to third parties only if it is to this end necessary.

TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

  • Navigation data

Computer systems and software used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data (c.d. log files) which transmission is implicit in the protocols of internet communication.

This information is not collected for association to specific individuals, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and user's computer environment.

These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the site and to ensure proper operation. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the site and will be presented to the Judicial Authority, if this may be requested.

  • Data provided voluntarily by users - sending email and forms for data collection

The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail sending to the addresses listed on this site involves the acquisition of the sender, necessary to respond to requests, and other personal data included in the message.

COOKIES

No personal user data is acquired from the site.

It must be remembered that in some cases (not the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request information under Article 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, in order to control the processing of personal data. In these cases reply is obligatory under penalty of a fine.

 

PROCESSING METHOD

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Specific security measures are taken to prevent loss of data, illicit or incorrect use (e.g. spamming) and unauthorized access.

 

USERS'RIGHTS

People whose personal data refer to, have the right at any time to obtain from the respective owners of the processing, the confirmation of the existence of data and to know their content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

Pursuant to this Article people shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data violating the law, and, for legitimate reasons, to oppose in any case to their processing.
